Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Job Shar Mal allows you to sign in using Facebook Login. When you do, we receive basic profile information (such as your name, email, and profile picture) from Facebook in order to create and manage your Job Shar Mal account.

Per Facebook Platform Policy, you have the right to request the deletion of any data we received from Facebook about you. You can do this in either of the two ways described below.

Option 1: Remove Job Shar Mal from your Facebook account

Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Open Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
Locate Job Shar Mal in the list of apps you have logged into.
Click Remove.
Tick the box labelled "Delete all posts, photos and videos from Job Shar Mal" if shown, then confirm by clicking Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook will revoke our access to your Facebook data going forward. To also have us delete the data we already store on our servers, please follow Option 2 below.

Option 2: Email us to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include the following:

The name and email address associated with your Facebook account.
A short note confirming that you would like all personal data we received from Facebook deleted from Job Shar Mal.

We will process your request and permanently delete the related data from our systems within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it is complete. Some information may be retained for a limited time only where required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

What gets deleted

Your Job Shar Mal account profile (name, email, profile picture).
The Facebook user ID we used to authenticate you.
Saved jobs, favorites, and job alert subscriptions linked to that account.
